1. Log in to your Scout Account to see all UPPER jobs
2. Invite freelancers from your network (or sourced) to jobs or share your unique Scout Code for them to apply
3. Done. Earn €1 per hour for every hour worked by your freelancers (details below)

→ Track the freelancers and your earnings via the Scout Account, fully transparent

📃 Terms

• No commitment or exclusivity required. You are always free to propose the freelancer to anyone you want
• You get full transparency via your Scout Account
• Monthly payouts based on all hours worked by all of your freelancers

💰 Earnings

• Passively earn €1 per hour for every hour worked by your freelancers
• Earnings are collected over an unlimited period of time (as long as they are employed through UPPER)

→ For example, with only 10 freelancers working full time (160 hours / month) you make €1,600 per month, every month, forever (as long as they work for Upper’s projects)
